Texans running back Arian Foster was placed on the PUP list because of calf strain.
According to the Houston Chronicle, Foster isn’t sure when he’ll get back on the field because he doesn’t want to rush anything.
“You can’t play through it,” Foster said. “It’s not like you’re playing through a broken collar bone. I’ve played through a lot of things, this is just something you can’t. There’s no reason to right now. I’m just going to take my time. When I feel 100 percent confident, I’ll be back. It’s just got some light soreness in there. I can do pretty much everything. We’re just going to take it day by day.”
All that matters is that Foster is ready to go for the regular season.
