According to Texans HC Gary Kubiak through the Texans website RB Arian Foster had successful surgery on Thursday to repair a herniated disk in his back.
Coach Gary Kubiak made the announcement that Foster’s herniated disc was operated on and said that the running back came through the operation well.
“His surgery went well and that’s about all I know,” Kubiak said, via the team’s website. “I don’t normally have any more particulars on it, but I know he had it and he’s doing well, and [he'll] start the recovery process.”-ProFootballTalk.com
